Our role-based data protection trainings are designed according to state-of-the-art adult learning principles. It is aimed at helping our participants understand legal, policy and procedural requirements to be able to identify and manage issues on the topic of training.
Our intention is to provide a personalized experience to each participant and therefore apart from our in-house awareness creation training, our class sizes less than 20. All courses can easily be customized, and we use a stimulating and active instructional approach that engages the learner and increases retention. Also, peer-to-peer sharing, and context-relevant case studies are provided for more relevant learning experiences, which drives real, measurable, and sustainable behavioral changes. Post training, we also create a community that facilitates continuous learning and sharing of experiences with our course participants.
